I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job at helping me find and purchase a house than Kathy Scheid. Kathy is a knowledgeable, responsive, dedicated professional, and honestly a lot of fun to be with while looking at houses. Kathy has been in the Bloomington area for many years and really helped me narrow down where to look for a house as i was moving from out of state and not familiar with the area. I was originally focused on a wide area surrounding Bloomington and Nashville and Kathy was willing to drive long distances to help me see houses over a wide area. When I found a house I wanted to buy, Kathy made it easy to navigate all parts of the process of purchasing a house. I am really happy with the house Kathy helped me find and buy but I do miss the fun we had looking!
