As first time homebuyers, I could not recommend Tina Sampson enough! My husband and I got matched with her randomly through Zillow, and I could not be more grateful! She truly cares for her clients, and from the get-go my husband and I really clicked personally with her. She was so patient and helpful and taught us so much about home-buying and the housing market in general.
We weren’t in a huge hurry to buy when we started looking, and right off the bat the market was so fast-paced and prices were higher than ideal, so we knew we might have to be patient until it died down because of our more limited budget. All throughout that process, Tina never pressured us to settle when we found a house in our price range that we didn’t love, and she always encouraged us that we would find the right home for us. That gave my husband and I confidence to keep looking for what we wanted.
In the end, we got an amazing home in our price range that we love! Tina was so intuitive and knew what we wanted, so she was great at directing us to tour homes that would meet our needs. Tina really became a friend, and we enjoyed the entire process because of her commitment to us (and because of her fun personality)! Couldn’t recommend her more!
