My wife and I worked with Tina Sampson of The Indiana Team to buy our first home in Bloomington, IN in 2024. We came to trust and rely on her, and she helped us find the perfect place! It took us several months to find our home since the market was difficult for us, but Tina stuck with us until the end. She made every showing a good time by being kind and personable, laughing with us, and helping us learn what to look for as first-time homebuyers. (My wife and I often would joke that we only scheduled showings because we wanted to hang out with Tina.) When it came time to close on our house, Tina was ready to answer my every question and celebrate with us.
