Established in the 1990s, this Bloomington neighborhood is close to the Indiana University campus and University Elementary School. Architecturally, it is a varied mix of single family homes and condominiums. In addition, it is conveniently located to many eastside shopping and dining choices. In the near future, it will neighbor the newly constructed state-of-the-art IU Health Regional Academic Health Center, set to open in 2020.
